Roles.
Key Responsibilities
▪ Manage and respond to customer support tickets via Intercom, email, or phone.
▪ Diagnose and troubleshoot user issues across both software (SaaS platform) and hardware products.
▪ Monitor innDex hardware assets daily, ensuring all systems are online and escalating anomalies.
▪ Triage incoming requests (support, bugs, feature requests) and assign or escalate as needed.
▪ Work closely with the Special Projects Manager and Product/Engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
▪ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, resolutions, and hardware performance.
▪ Contribute to support documentation, FAQs, and customer training materials (including short tutorial videos).
▪ Identify recurring issues and recommend product or process improvements.
▪ Adhere to SLAs for response and resolution times.
▪ Liaise with innDex partners to coordinate swift resolution of external hardware or integration issues.
Requirements
▪ 1–3 years’ experience in a customer support or technical support role (SaaS preferred but not essential).
▪ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
▪ Comfortable working with digital tools and ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, Zoho, Intercom, etc.).
▪ Ability to translate technical issues into clear, customer-friendly language.
▪ A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of customer satisfaction.
▪ Familiarity with construction technology or project management software is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Budgeting
- Lead the annual budgeting process and assist managers in developing cost and revenue plans.
- Prepare rolling forecasts and cash flow projections.
- Monitor actual performance against budget and investigate variances.
- Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic and operational planning.
Accounting & Financial Administration
- Manage bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
- Oversee invoicing and credit control to ensure timely customer payments and effective cash flow management.
- Process supplier invoices, payments, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Process payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Review and approve employee expense claims in line with policy.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly management accounts and end-of-month board / financial reports, including commentary and performance insights.
- Prepare year-end accounts and coordinate with external accountants for submission and audit.
- Support senior leadership with financial performance reviews and decision-making.
Tax & Compliance
- Review and submit VAT returns accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, sector regulations, and internal financial controls.
- Manage communication with auditors, HMRC, and other regulatory bodies as required.
Commercial Support
- Prepare costings, pricing models, and quotes.
- Support operational teams with cost tracking and financial awareness.
- Identify and implement process improvements across finance operations.
International Finance & Expansion Support
- Research and evaluate tax, payroll, and financial compliance requirements when entering new countries or regions.
- Identify and recommend appropriate financial structures, accounting processes, and reporting requirements for international operations.
- Liaise with external advisors, accountants, and regulatory bodies in relevant territories.
- Support the setup of entities, payroll arrangements, and financial reporting frameworks where required.

Ideal Candidate Attributes
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred).
AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification (or working towards one) advantageous.
- 3+ years of finance or accounting experience, including bookkeeping and payroll.
- Strong understanding of VAT, financial reporting, and credit control practices.
- Advanced Excel and experience using accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience processing payroll and expenses is a plus
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and support a busy, evolving finance function
- Proactive, dependable, and eager to contribute to a growing team
Key responsibility:
- Maintaining and building our Flutter apps (iOS + Android)
- Leading and mentoring other developers
- Driving best practices in architecture, state management (Bloc) & testing
- Collaborating with design and backend to deliver seamless experiences
You should have:
3–5+ years of Flutter & Dart experience
- Deep understanding of Bloc and Clean Architecture
- Experience shipping apps to App Store & Play Store
- A passion for performance, smooth animations, and pixel-perfect UI
Bonus points for native integrations, Flutter Web/Desktop, or CI/CD expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide comprehensive diary and calendar management for executives, ensuring schedules are optimised and conflicts are resolved.
- Monitor, review, and respond to emails and enquiries from internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and events for the executive team, ensuring cost-effectiveness and schedule alignment while supporting efforts to minimise operating costs.
- Organise and prepare meetings, including booking venues, creating agendas, and recording and distributing minutes.
- Coordinate and track task deadlines and milestones, including preparing reports, documents, and presentations as required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the executive team, fostering effective communication between executives, employees, and clients.
Accounting and Bookkeeping
- Manage the day-to-day accounts of the company, including data entry, generating quotes, invoice processing, and account reconciliation.
- Track and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
- Collaborate with external accountants to prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Process payroll and employee expense and mileage claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with the close-out of monthly expenses to ensure timely reporting and reconciliation.
- Assisting with the collation of financial statements and supporting information for EOFY submission.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Administrative and Team Support
- Maintain organised records of transactions, contracts, and other key documents and provide regular status reporting to the executives.
- Support the effective onboarding of new staff members, ensuring a smooth and welcoming process.
- Support the broader team to ensure adequate attention is given to strategic partnership engagements and that sponsorships and associated benefits are fully capitalised upon.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and documentation for internal and client-facing purposes.
- Support the coordination of internally hosted events as required, ensuring all logistics are well-managed.
- Provide support to ensure operational costs, such as travel, are optimised and minimised where possible.
- Represent the organisation as one of its key faces, maintaining a professional, polished, and proactive approach at all times.
Project Coordination
- Support the wider team in tracking key project deadlines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring progress updates are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Create and maintain reports to support the executive team.
Working Arrangements
- Ultimately the role will largely be remote and flexible but with the need for some occasional face-to-face time in our office in London, to be discussed with the ideal candidate.

Ideal Candidate Attributes
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
- Basic accountancy knowledge, with experience using financial software (e.g., Xero).
- Basic legal knowledge, particularly relating to contracts and compliance would be an advantage but not critical.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-driven, well-organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in administrative coordination and logistics, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions.
- Ability to present a professional and approachable image, both internally and externally.

We are currently seeking an ambitious and motivated Operations manager to join our team @ innDex. Reach out if you’re a problem solver, never hesitating to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, using your initiative at every opportunity to deliver solutions and make processes leaner.
We are keen to hear back from applicants who have construction experience, perhaps you’re a Civil Engineer who has had experience on site as a Site Engineer/Section Engineer, Construction or Project Manager or similar previously and are now looking for new challenges and opportunities within Construction Technology.
You will be spending time with our clients both on site and remotely, setting up new projects with our customers, making sure they are looked after properly, and performing reviews to enhance their digital tool boxes.
- Previous industry experience essential.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Construction software knowledge/passion desirable.
- CRM experience is great but not essential.
MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE
- Customer/Site setups (Hardware/Software setup) – these are a mixture of remote and on site and managed by the individual based upon the clients requirements.
- Supply Chain Management – liaising with suppliers training/customer management. You will become responsible for the management of a number of customers.
- Develop implementation/training/rollout plans ready for onboarding future resource in the operations department.
- Liaising with other teams within innDex to further improve the business; Development Team, Marketing Team, etc.
- Full R&R matrix to be drawn up together during the first few months.
