innDex Integrates with Companies House to Deliver Cleaner, Verified Site Inductions.

How it works 

When a worker completes their induction, they’ll now select their employer from an official Companies House register. Instead of free typing: (using innDex as an example) “inn Dex, or index ltd, or innDex Limited” across three different profiles, the system pulls in the verified record. 

That means: 

• Consistent data – no duplicates, no typos, no mismatched records. 
• Verified companies – only real, registered businesses make the list. 
• Cleaner supply chain setup – contractors can confidently build and manage from one accurate source.
