We’re excited to announce a new partnership with SiteHub, a Copenhagen-based consultancy specialising in site logistics and operations, as part of our continued expansion into the Nordic region.
Founded in 2021, SiteHub has become a trusted partner on Denmark’s most complex projects, with a clear vision to make sites safer, more efficient, and more sustainable. By combining consultancy expertise, on-the-ground support, and smart use of technology, they specialise in large-scale projects requiring strong logistics, material flow management, and measurable sustainability outcomes such as CO₂ reduction and waste minimisation.
This commitment to efficiency, safety, and sustainability made SiteHub a natural partner for innDex.
The partnership addresses a clear gap in the region. Many sites were relying on standalone access control systems that only tracked time, without the wider functionality needed to support the full workforce lifecycle. These systems lacked inductions, competency checks, and health and safety management, leaving contractors without the visibility or assurance they needed.
With innDex, SiteHub can now provide clients with a comprehensive workforce management platform that goes far beyond access control. The platform enables digital pre-enrolment and inductions (including automatic right-to-work and competency verification), integrates with turnstiles and facial recognition for secure site access, and captures accurate time and attendance data for commercial and fatigue management.
On top of this, innDex supports the full health and safety suite, including RAMS, Toolbox Talks, inspections, observations, and near-miss reporting, all centralised in one system. This means contractors gain real-time transparency on who is on site, their qualifications, and any issues raised, while also ensuring compliance and improving overall site productivity.
This partnership is another important milestone in our international growth journey, reinforcing our mission to create safer, more productive, and more sustainable worksites worldwide.
