innDex and SmartSite are joining forces to close the gap between deliveries and hoist usage, so materials keep moving, and nothing gets stuck at the gate.
Every site runs on two things moving at once: people and materials. Get the people bit right and you're only half done. If materials aren't getting to the right floor at the right time, the whole job slows down.
It's a problem SmartSite knows well. Their AI-enabled SmartHoist system already does more than any standard hoist setup, routing calls, reading site conditions, and keeping cabins moving efficiently. But even the smartest hoist can only work with what it can see. And on most sites, visibility stops at the vehicle gate.
Beyond that point, it can come down to daily meetings, pen and paper, and whoever shouts loudest. No transparency. No accountability. No way to know if a hoist's booked out for six hours when the job only needed two.
That's the gap this partnership closes.

The integration pulls live delivery data straight out of innDex and into SmartSite. No double entry, no two datasets to keep in sync. Book a delivery in innDex, and that information flows straight through to the hoist itself.
On sites with multiple hoists, the units talk to each other in real time. Book one out, and the other automatically picks up the calls, so no one's stood around working out who's taking what. QR codes on every floor give operatives and drivers the same live view of what's scheduled to move, and when.
When the usage data is collected, it will all be visualised on the SmartSite platform, showing the innDex Delivery Plan vs. the SmartHoist Actual Usage.
